Processing Time

Orders for shipments within the U.S. are typically processed in 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude certain holidays. Overnight orders must be placed by 10:00 am PST Monday through Thursday. Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase. Please note, we cannot be responsible for weather delays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1-2 days. Within the first 2 days your order might display a message of “Status not available” in the website. So please allow this 1-2 day timeframe for the information to be updated in the system.

Free Shipping

We offer free USPS shipping within the U.S. and Puerto Rico on all orders of $75 or more. Eligibility for free ground shipping is accounted for before taxes and after all voucher and discount codes are applied. Goods will be shipped using USPS.

On-Sale  Items

Due to increased volume during sale periods, all On-Sale items will be processed within 3 business days from the time of order.


  • Please note, only one promo code may be used per order.
  • Certain items (including all sale items) are excluded from special offers.
  • Please contact us immediately if you already placed your order, and need to add a promo code to your order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
