Karilu Online Store Returns and Refunds Guidelines
Thank you for your purchase! Here you will find our Guidelines for Returns and Refunds, If any of your items received are damaged, inform us within 5 days, you may return your purchase for a full refund, less any applicable shipping charges, within 30 days of the invoice date.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We’re here to make you jewelry you love. At this time, we don’t cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that Karilu, will not be responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return.
You must have a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number in order to process a return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com for a (RAM) Number and for our return address.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is not a tracking number.
Once the goods have been returned in accordance with the stated instructions, your refund will be processed. For credit card refunds, please allow 15-30 days for the refund to be reflected on your account, excluding any shipping fees from your original order. If you are returning a gift, you will receive store credit, which can be applied to your next purchase at checkout.
